Refund and Returns Policy
Plain Text Refund and Return Policy
Donations
All charitable donations made to our organisation are non-refundable. Once a donation has been received and processed, it cannot be returned, reimbursed, or exchanged, except in the case of demonstrated error on our part (for example, duplicate processing of a single payment).
Fundraising Event Purchases
From time to time, our charity may sell goods or items at fundraising events in order to support our charitable aims. Please note that all such sales are also non-refundable and goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
These sales are carried out expressly to raise funds for the charity, and the value of items purchased is considered a direct contribution towards our charitable work. For this reason, all purchases are treated in the same way as donations and may not be refunded.
Errors and Queries
If you believe a donation or purchase has been taken in error, or if you have a query regarding your payment, please contact us at [insert appropriate contact details]. We will review the matter promptly and provide clarification.
