So, what makes Kelly a great member?
It’s not that she attends every meeting (because she can’t), it’s not that she is full of idea’s (she does have them), it’s not that she run’s our projects (she could).
No, what makes Kelly a great member is that when she can attend a meeting, or when she can contribute to the group; she does so in a considered way, on topic, on trend and with enthusiasm.
This probably comes from her work.
Although certainly not a requirement for joining Rotary, Kelly brings great communication, organisation and a considerate personality to every meeting.
